This page explains what information Zenro handles, why we handle it, and the limited third-party services we rely on to run the app. We keep things simple: we do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Information we collect

We collect the information we need to provide Zenro and keep your account secure.

  • Account details such as your name, email address, and login data needed to create and protect your account.
  • Financial information you choose to add, including wallets, transactions, and recurring payments.
  • Session and technical information such as IP address and browser user agent when needed to keep you signed in, detect abuse, and protect the service.

Zenro does not connect to your bank account, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

How we use data

We use personal data only to run and improve Zenro.

  • To create your account and let you sign in securely.
  • To store, display, and organise the financial records you choose to add.
  • To keep the app reliable, investigate issues, and protect against misuse.
  • To respond to support requests and service-related questions you send us.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or cross-site tracking tools.

  • Zenro uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference.
  • We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage. Vercel describes this product as privacy-friendly and cookieless, with anonymised analytics data.

If you block necessary cookies, parts of Zenro such as sign-in may not work properly.

Hosting and sharing

Zenro is hosted on Vercel. Application data is stored in Neon Postgres in Europe.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers that help us run Zenro, or when we are legally required to do so.

These providers process data on our behalf so the service can run, for example for hosting, infrastructure, and database storage.

Retention and rights

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing hello@zenro.app. We will handle requests in line with applicable privacy laws.

Contact and changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
